This manga covers the Chu-Han Contention period of China. During the final days of China's Qin Dynasty, Emperor Qin Shi Huang dreams of his eventual fall from power. Fearing the message of the dream, he travels China in search for an elixir of immortality. The Emperor's Legalist train of thought causes him to brutally crack down on those who opposed his policies.
