1. Our Policy

BestManga respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid takedown notices and remove or disable access to infringing content.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on BestManga infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including:

— The exact URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing
— Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
— A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
— A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner
— Your physical or electronic signature

3. What Happens Next

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified content and, where applicable, notify the party who submitted it. Repeat infringing sources are permanently removed from our systems.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address with your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake.
