In a Japanese city ruled by the iron fist of crime lord Hakuho, a martial artist named Shishiku sets out on a mission to challenge and defeat him. Along the way, he forms a diverse team, including a fortune teller named Jugen, a brawny thug named Tsuchikura, a gang leader named Shima, and many others. Together, they unite to overthrow Hakuho, driven by Jugen’s prophecy that envisions Shishiku as the one to bring him down.
