As summer approaches, Eita visits the hospital regularly to see Koaki, his girlfriend.
Koaki, who is often sick, feels guilty about not being capable of having a more physical relationship.
He then meets her cousin Kasumi, who has a similar vibe to Koaki, and so Eita's heart wavers...
